DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY 

Deposit Requirement

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
  • Deposits can be paid via [Chime,PayPal].

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [3days-72hours] in advance.
  • If you cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, your deposit may/or may not be applied to a future appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than [24 hours/1 day] before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay a new deposit for future bookings.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for full prepayment of services.
